Day Three in New York!

We started the day with breakfast with most of The Sextet and Kendra!

Went to the opening session of the conference, and then to the annual general meeting, which lasted very briefly. Then I met with Susie Benton, the associate editor at Sourcebooks and then on to the keynote luncheon, where Willy had lunch with 2000 romance writers. He was in heaven!

After lunch, we had the opening session of the Published Authors Network. All of these sessions were very good, with the emphasis of hanging in there, not quitting, and that ebooks are the wave of the future.

After dinner at Juniors, we went to see The Adams Family on Broadway!

Needless to say, neither I, nor Willy, had ever been to a Broadway show. It was a great show, but my knees were having a real hard time staying bent for so long. I think a lot of standing ovations come about from the audience simply needing to stand up!

More stuff going on tomorrow, including the Sourcebooks signing and the dinner. In the meantime, enjoy today's hunk!

2000 authors? Wow, Willy must have had a real blast. I think it would be great fun to go see a broadway play.

I like the hunk. Ooh I like his eyes. Thank you Cheryl!

Wow!! A broadway play. I know what that knee pain feels like. Especially before the Surgeries. I'm watching GMA in Time Square this morning. Can you see it from your Hotel? I was wondering if just maybe you and Willy might pop out of the crowd on national TV. Tomorrow is a big day, besides being my birthday, And BEYONCE will be shaking her badonkadonk LIVE in TIME Square. So if you see the building shake around you. It's BEYONCE. My MN state government is facing a complete shutdown tomorrow if the Governor and Legislature can't agree on a budget. So you have a big day planned too. Mine might not be as exciting. But I'm sure historical and memorable.
That hunk has a very nice sexy look. HAVE FUN TODAY!!

Went to a great workshop this morning on media training and a very motivational speech by Sherrilyn Kenyon and now I'm getting ready to meet with my agent and then it's on to the Sourcebooks signing and the Sourcebooks dinner tonight.

Hope you have a great birthday, Donna!

I've loved all the show n'tell, Cheryl. I'm not a fan of NYC but it sounds like you're having a great time.

It's always fun to see where Willy will be pumping next;)
